重い

Just as a note, earlier when I arrived I asked if they had a lift because my suitcase is pretty heavy and the 5 foot Japanese lady said that no, and then carried my suitcase upstairs and I felt so bad because I could have done it and I know how heavy it is and she's really small and that was my story.
