Festival

On Sunday we (Nancy, me and Brea) went to a Latin/Caribbean/American festival in Yoyogi park in Harajuku! It was really nice, we went briefly to where all the excitement was happening but then went to the park and slept for a bit. Then we went back to the excitement and I had some really nice rice with salsa, salad and cheese and it was really yummy. We looked around at the things for sale but nothing was exceptional and/or cheap so we went to the main stage and listened to some reggae music for a bit. Earlier the was a very odd techno beat song with a couple people dancing on stage and occasionally yelling "Jump up!" but the reggae was good.

This sign was really funny for some reason.

Also we weren't sure if they knew the meaning of "Drug-on Tacos" but it was still funny.

After the music finished we made our way back to go to the Daiso and I took some photos of Yoyogi park's first gate but it was closing at this point.

On the way to Daiso we saw these super cool guys and I asked to take a photo.

Then after Daiso we went to Shibuya because Brea wanted to go to 109 and me and Nancy got some pasta at this underground restaurant, meaning it was in the basement of a building not an illegal pasta vender or something. I also got some Kyary Pamyu Pamyu CD's! Then we went to Starbuck right opposite the crossing so there's a great view and we watched all the people cross. At this point in was about 9:30-10:00pm and it was at its least busiest.

Then we came back to the hostel and watched 'The perks of being a Wallflower' which was alright.
